Be sure to order in
plenty of time for your event. Because our in-stock merchandise
sells very quickly, it is possible one or more of the items you select could be temporarily out of stock. Feel free to email us or call us with any questions
and our sales staff will be
happy to assist you and check the availability of the gown you
wish to order. Web orders are generally processed within two business days; if more time is necessary, we will notify you promptly.
All of our wedding gowns are available in ivory, as well as white. Ivory gowns may be a special order item (call for availability). If you would like more information or would be interested in ordering an ivory version of one of our gowns, please call our toll-free number to speak with a sales representative.
Note
that no more than two bridal gowns may be shipped
to the same address, and no more than two different prom gowns may be shipped to the same address. In the case of bridesmaid parties, however, there is no limit on the number of dresses that may be ordered or shipped.
Please also note that to prevent fraudulent web orders, credit card charges are processed at the time you submit the order. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, all charges will be promptly reversed.
Of course you may also opt to call us, in which case we can check on availability while you are on the phone and no charges will be processed until the order is filled.

Local tariffs, customs fees, and/or additional import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
** RESTRICTIONS **
We cannot ship to customers with a retail store in their area. Due to a contractual agreement with the manufacturer, we are not allowed to service customers with a store in their area (note that this does NOT apply to clearance items). Please check the manufacturer's store locator to see if there is a store near you.

The QuickShip program was created in order to assist brides with short engagements to find bridesmaid dresses for their bridal parties. This program is also great for Church and school choirs and other formal, uniformed organizations needing a lot of sizes in one particular style with a quick turn-around time.
Dresses ordered through this program are delivered within 6-7 weeks or ordering, and are all cut from the same dye lot. The only requirement for the QuickShip program is that a minimum of 3 dresses of the same style and color must be ordered.

If you do not see the gown in the color and/or size you are interested in, and it is not on Clearance, it may still be orderable. Feel free to call or email us to check availability.

you are unhappy with the style you've ordered and wish to change to another style,
call immediately and we will process another order for the style
of your choice. |

When choosing a size, be aware that these dresses are based on international sizing, and run small; most people will go up one size from their normal dress size. They do run true to our online size chart, therefore accurate measurements shoud be taken. The bust measurement should be around the widest point of the bust. The waist measurement should be right at the navel. And the hip measurement should be taken at the widest point of the hips. If you are between sizes, you should round up to the next size as the majority of our size exchanges are for larger sizes. As with any quality formalwear, your dress will still need
to be fitted to you. A skilled seamstress can easily
make any necessary adjustments to the fit of the dress. Note that
these gowns have an inch seam allowance on both sides of the bodice
to allow for letting the gown out if necessary, but it is generally easier to take in a dress, than to let it out, so you should try to err on the side of caution. If your measurements seem borderline, GO WITH THE LARGER SIZE. If, when your
merchandise arrives, there is a problem with the fit that cannot
be resolved by a local seamstress, please call us immediately
and we will process an exchange for a different size.

best for you; please consult it before ordering.

We
are certain that you will be thrilled with your LDS Bridal or
LDS Prom purchase, but recognize that there are reasons you
may wish to return the merchandise. If you need to return
or exchange your bridal gown, prom or bridesmaid dress, or flowergirl dress for one of the above reasons, or for any other reason,
the merchandise must be shipped to us with insurance and postmarked
no later than 48 hours from the time of receipt
Please take care when trying on the merchandise to avoid getting deodorant, lipstick, makeup, etc. on the gown, as a $20 cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund if the merchandise returned is not in new condition. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to deny returns where the dress has obviously been worn more than just to try it on.
Upon our receiving
the merchandise in new condition, we will issue a credit to your
credit card. Refunds generally take around 2 weeks to be processed and are made for the full cost of the items
returned, less a restocking fee as detailed below. We offer this risk-free
policy because we want everything to be perfect for your special
event, and we recognize the degree of trust implicit in your letting
us help you with such an important purchase.
In the case of wedding gowns, the first returned dress will incur a $20 restocking fee, while subsequent wedding dress returns will result in a $40 per dress restocking fee. For bridesmaid, prom, or Sacred Occasion dresses, the first dress returned will incur a $10 restocking fee; subsequent returns will result in a $20 per dress restocking fee. There is a $5 restocking fee on all returned accessories. |
